I just recorded 20 MPG (my worst ever!) on the Jeep, and the grinding/humming noise is getting worse from the front end. It used to be a universal sound regardless of turns, but now I notice a distinctive vibration/pulsing sensation when I drive around turns. It seems to vibrate the Jeep whether I'm swerving left or right.

Quick history from other posts - my Jeep vibrates and hums now when i drive. The sound seems to match the rotation of the axles, not the engine or transmission. I replaced brakes and rotors and the right front wheel baring. I'm now thinking that it's the front axle shaft. I have a video of the movement and I hope someone can confirm that this looks good or bad.

Thanks for any thoughts.

Why would you replace just one front bearing?

Sounds like an axle if it's not the other front bearing.
