Don't get me started on other people's doors and the way they park. I've developed a phobia over the years and try as hard as I can to never park near people. You should see where I park at work. The average person doesn't care when they open there door full force and WHAM.

I've parked out where nobody was before only to come out and find someone parked right next to me without anyone else around and plenty of other spots. Now, I thought someone was just messing with me but then it happened again. I don't even pay attention to it anymore, if they want to destroy their doors I guess they can. Usually it's just small cars and such, the doors usually don't go higher than the sliders.

Since it was a "nice" day in New Jersey, at least 40 degrees, gave her a nice wash. It's been two months.

Haven't done a lot to the beast in a while...... Besides hitting a pole and scrapping some of the line x off

And for the record, it was either hit a pole or a very large deer...... :dizzy:

Reminds me of a few months ago I was on a narrow road so I was trying to move over for the a-hole car towards me and I caught the edge of the road and had a very scary moment. Good to hear everything is okay with you and the Jeep.

When I Diggerize my Jeep I plan on doing this.

Should have hit the deer, at least then you'd have meat for a week. LOL
Did you get a life time warranty with your line-x?

I washed it Saturday night, well more like Sunday morning at 3 A.M. Other than that, I drove it to work, then home and left it in the driveway while the girlfriend drunk bused me to the bar and eventually back home lol. :5SHOTS:

Yeah they re-shot the bumper for 50 bucks which covered their material cost and they even shot my box that I have in the back of the Jeep with line x as well :D

I guess you can say this lady on my way home from work today used the rear end of my Liberty to do this to her car.
Image
and this is the only damage to the rear end.
Image
Image
and also the wiring for the tow hitch is now hanging but thats all. Liberty's are tanks except for the barrel. :D
But I am still going to take her in to make sure that the alignment is still ok and everything.

I hope you and her are both okay. Was she texting and driving?

Digger, I hope you're still keeping that tally. What's the count now? lol

JeepMonkey, sucks to hear you got hit though. Hope everyone was alright. And definitely get it checked like you said. Nobody needs hidden damage coming up down the road.

That tally is like half of Lost members have been hit now.

I don't think she was texting but we are both ok, I was just a little shaky for about 10 minutes.

I'm glad your both ok. I'm also glad to see the KK hold up so well. I can't even see any damage on the pictures.

We actually had a running tally for everyone that has been hit and which "won" the accident lol. I think the general consensus is that the hitch tends to save the Jeep.

Anyways, glad to hear everyone was alright!

Same thing happened to me. Little Toyota hit me from behind. Her car looked like the one in those pictures ^. Mine looked fine but I took it in and it ended up costing almost 4 grand due to hidden structural damage.

No I do not. I guess you probably will have less damage than me since your hitch probably took a good amount of the impact.

Oh Gee, someone else got hit. What a surprise.

Glad you're OK, Monkey.

Was she putting on makeup?
