I've been wondering what happened to small pickups. I grew up on a farm too and the bales of hay capacity is important, but do you remember when you could get a decent 4wd small truck? The toyota tacoma is a big mid-size now. its tough to fit sheets of drywall in my liberty, but I don't want to sacrifice too much gas mileage for a daily driver.
Small pickups helped make toyota and nissan what they are today. They still make them, buut you can't buy them here anymore.

By the way, even if you don't agree with the aesthetics of the liberty pickup, you have to appreciate the work that went into it.

This is cool! I would like to know more about the build! I would do this if it was SFA'd all the way and wasn't a DD.       Idea coming to me!!! Would be super sick with some kinda of long travel kit for the IFS (wider with full width rear), some crazy custom fiberglass flares, super long travel rear shocks poking through the bed with long arms, and bunch of lights!!!!!!!!!! I can see it now!!!!    .....in my head   VERY inspiring build though :D

Image the 02-04 directionals in this picture wrap around the side.

Image the 05-07 directionals on the newer arbs look like this. Smaller.

^^^You were the one wondering??? :furious:

Could go both ways Teckman he could have started with either. I know that's the 02-04 arb bumper. He could have put it on a newer jeep or the other way around it could be an 02-04 and he bought a Rene hood for it. I am not wanting to say your wrong because I don't know for-sure. I'm 17 and have had an 07 and an 02 kj I know the differences and what years and models came with what. I don't think you can say I'm wrong either. Just being honest. I don't care either way. Just sharing my knowledge.

You said JK, you probably meant to say TJ. JK are 17" rims and TJ are 16" rims.

Aren't there 16" alloys that come on some JKs? I thought that's what's on the JK in the pic I posted.

There might be, but everyone that I have seen are either a 17" or 18" rim. The only 16" that I've seen on the JK have been ugly steel rims.

I would love to have a comanchee two brothers I grew up with each had one. Both were two wheel drive 5 speeds the 4 cylinder couldn't move out of its own way but The 4.0 really hauled some serious... Well you know what I'm saying. Lol

I wonder how much this is going to cost. Pretty much the ultimate in my opinion. A useful amount if interior and exterior cargo space, fantastic off road abilities, plus a 6.2L Hemi to boot.
