1/2 mile at a time! :P

Where were you running? what I assume was a sanctioned ihra or nhra drag  strip, 1/2 mile is very uncommon

no there is a half mile track in chandler indiana. when he wasnt running it down the street to annoy our closest neighbors he would run it down the track. It wasnt the fastest thing on the track but it was nice for the money invested

Hey guys, are there any c clip eliminator kits out there for the 8.25? My shafts are upgraded and I'm running 4.10s, I just smoked my 2nd set of spider gears so I upgraded to a locker. But my 2nd spider gear blow out also destroyed my c clips. Is there a place I can get a eliminator kit or new c clips? It's very important I get it fixed asap

Sure you don't have another issue for the reason you are tearing up spider gears ??
I have been running upgraded shafts as well with 4.10s for a long time and no issues

Must have some serious bucks in them cause tire manufacturing places do not just make new sizes for the heck of it
I'm seeing what looks very much like Treadwrights with the old style MTR tread design
Have to understand I was in the tire business from the time I got out of high school and on for several years .
