Alright so I'm almost at the 120k mark. Any special services I should do to the kj?

Have you been doing all of the required maintenance all along?
If so just keep on doing them.
I never changed a thing that I was doing when mine went past 120,000.
As long as you've been changing everything like you should then no reason to change
I don't even change to oils like they say you should for "vehicles over **,*** miles etc
just keep fresh clean oil in them

Alright. I was just making sure if there was anything special that had to be done.

At 120,000, I'd be more worried about the transmission than anything else. Like Tom said, there's nothing magical about a certain mileage. Most maintenance is based on intervals. I'm overkill on transmission changes, but I would change the trany fluid every 40,000 miles on a stock KJ and every 30,000 miles on a modified KJ (lots of armor with wheeling or towing). I have an aftermarket trany pan with a drain plug, so I do a drain and fill every 15,000 miles.

Just had some work done on the tranny about 1k miles ago, had the accumulator plate (I think its accumulator) blow in half on me shearing a bolt in half and the taking off the head of another. Tranny place added a beefier one with 6 bolts instead of the stock 3 and do a drain and fill so the tranny's good. I'm going to change the transfer case fluid next week and both of the diff fluids sometime after that.

We just had our Air Cooler Hoses replaced due to wear and a split in one of the hoses. We are at 125K and still going strong. Had the fuel filter changed at the same time since it was in for repair and almost due.

All of my hoses are good right now. How hard was it to change the fuel filter?

We paid to have it done. My husband said it's a tight fit for him.
