Wow, and I agree with this too. I just had to rebuild the rear brake calipers, and as I stated in another post, I have now replaced both of my front bearings in the past three months.

I unknowingly bought mine with a bad 'stat. While I was freezing my @ss off with the temp gauge at 1/4 I wasn't concerned about mpg.

Looking back I'd be more concerned about sludge build-up than mpg.
