Oh I didn't tell what happened there did I?! How rude!

I fixed it once. Cause thats what is was doing before. So I removed the blower motor to get the resonator and there is a clip that broke not knowing it was important. Well it was fine and dandy then! One dark and stormy day while driving down the road.....blower motor fell out of the hole......scared the crap out of me! But it blow the resonator again and just haven't had time to fix yet

u know the heat issue is just a resistor right?

With TJ's your lucky if it just takes out the resistor..mine melted the plug into the resistor.. I have a whole new wiring harness, however mine being one of the really early built TJ's I can't find a brand new blower motor for it. I wanted to replace the blower motor because I have read that one of the reasons the plug could of melted was due the blower motor drawing more current...so for now I live with heat on high or drive the KJ with fully working heat.

What the blower motor? My resister is by the passengers feet under a kick panel and the blower motor on mine is behind the battery and PCM..

I could use a renegade roof light rack, a tow hitch, led lights, a front drive shaft, wheels and tires, and of course some new jeeps
