If you mean the lower radiator hose it's a Gates 2307. If that's not what you mean you need to be a bit more descriptive or post a picture.

That appears, picture is a bit sideways but I've got a pretty good image of that side of the engine out of the vehicle, to be the short hose from the water manifold to the oil cooler in which case the PN looks to be 5142790AA although I suspect there are other options. IIRC a pre-1994 Dodge Cummins had very similer bent small coolant hoses also running to/from and oil cooler in a similar location.
