You can go with ironman, ome, bilstein any of those are decent.

How many miles on your 06'? My guess is quite a bit and stock suspension has probable sagged about an inch so put spacers on an old stock suspension your not going to have the best ride quality and will more than likely have to replace coils soon . Might as well get rid of the spacer kit and get new coils and shocks all around, do it once do it right. A lot of info on here just gotta READ!

Ditch the spacer kit. If you are already going to be in there with it all taken out to put in new shocks you might as well do the springs while you are at it.

Its got 140k. Ok if the spacers ar no good what about the skyjaker coil over spring 2.5" and the rear coils and skyjaker shock. Is that a better choice

Have you read these? All the way through?

Lot's of good info here on this site. I researched for a good 2 months before I did my lift and Im glad I did because I would have bought crappy parts and not done it right. Honestly from what I've heard the the skyjacker kit will sag pretty quick and need replacing a lot sooner than a quality kit you could piece together yourself.
