Headed down to the Corpus Christi on the 5th. Found a YJ and a JK in the grass. So I parked next to them while me and my wife went souvenir shopping. Image

Then we headed to Padre Island National Seashore. I also saw a lifted KJ but didn't have time to get a picture as he drove past.

I also got my Riddler Diff cover in the mail today  . Now to paint it and figure out ifI can get that Diff glider to fit over it. I'm hoping to have this done by August 17 for my trip to Ouray.

Apparently I had a UN-LOST decal hanging out in my glove-box for the better part of 4 years. So I figured I would finally stick it on. I thought it had disappeared shortly after I picked it up, but it was hiding in my old registration paperwork. Guess I should clean it out a little more often...

Very nice! Those rims look great on a lifted KK and with the spacers for sure!

Tried to get a snooty Prius driver to buy me a new back bumper. He's got a bad attitude but great brakes! Hotrod syndrome in a sardine can...not a good idea on his part. :SOMBRERO:

Looks great! Not gonna lie, I HATE low profiles on 4x4s, especially Jeeps, but your KK manages to pull it off and look great doing it.

Looks great! Saw the in-progress picture on ACOR 4x4's Facebook page and realized it was yours. Can't wait to get mine to that point, and you're almost convincing me to throw some meaty tires on the Jet rims :juggle:

Well I wish it was the bumper! I actually have his recovery system and I absolutely love it. I got mine with a dune flag mount too so I can head up to silver lake either this weekend or next

It'd worth the time and money to do it.

Just got done at the 4Wheel Parts in Parma, OH. They found a bad CV on the passenger side, I asked the other shop to check them because I suspected a bad one. They told me it's fine :furious:
They're ordering a new ring and pinion and master rebuild kit. Gonna install a new set of gears and bearings in the rear axle, hopefully properly this time. I'm very happy that they're doing the right thing.

OME goodies arrived yesterday.. part of the "deal" with my co-signer is that I need it professionally installed (even though my mechanic buddy offered to do it with me for a 6-pack), so time to prepare to shovel out too much money for install

You are almost there... :JEEPIN: :jester: You should consider the JET rims again...Give it a chance as you pay extra for them :goink:

Just my :2cents: ...

Good luck with the lift and enjoy it

F/X never got back to me on a quote, OK 4WD told me "OME doesn't make a kit to fit the 2012 KK" which is clearly BS since a few '12 KK's have them on it. Probably going to call up ACOR 4x4 again and get a solid quote, they're speedy and professional as far as I know and there are a few success stories of KK's from getting work done there.

I'm considering it, just don't like the tire options for a 30-31" tire for 20" wheels...plus I'm saving for skids and sliders now (after install of lift) so I'm sticking with my current ones for now
