Can't shake the P0101

Replaced the hose to the turbo, which did have a crack, reset the code, but it came back.
Cleaned the MAF, reset, but it came back
Cleaned the MAP, reset, but it came back
Replaced air filter, reset, but it came back

...any other thoughts on what to do next?

Unplug and re-plug (firmly) both of the sensors on the intake air box.

If you have the P0101 code and the MAF and all the plumbing is good, then it's usually a good indication that the rocker arms are worn and the valves are not opening all the way.
Have you done yet the T-belt and/or rocker arm check yet?
