What size gauges do i need to order for my Gaugepod.com pod? I cant find anything in the search area and wanna order my gauges now so i can get them in the same time that mu cluster comes.

My other question is what does everyone recommend for a transmission temp set up. i have a glowshift boost gauge already, but was curiouse on what everyone does for trans temp. I will be using stock tranny pan since i need all the ground clearance i can get.

I found out what size they were, 2 1/16" gauges. My next question is, who has the right up with pictures of installing the boost gauge, if i have metal CAC pipes, cant i just tap into my intake manifold pipe and get a reading there?

There are other alternatives. I've seen a fitting for Samco or similar hoses or there are several spots in the intake that can be used including at least one that's threaded and just needs a tiny (1/8" or so) hole drilled in the bottom.

i ended up taking out the engine cover stud/ball drilling it out with a 5/16 drill bit and tapping it with a 1/8th inch tap. then drill a smaller drill bit all the way through. THen put my fitting in. and bam, i got boost

That's where I put mine.

The place I mentioned is an existing threaded hole, used by at least one forum member. If you draw an imaginary line from the driver side front edge of the oil filler cap to the driver front edge of the wiring loom cover that line will nearly cross over that spot. Drill the bottom out and install a fitting from like NAPA and hook up your gauge.

Thanks! I have been using the Torque app, but might use gauges later.
