What have you done to your KK lately

Yea I like wide but hate the stretch tires and i agree all the audis and vws and one lexus rx slammed just crazy stuff here but the tire on the rack I think looks good does anyone agree

I like it, but I wouldn't leave mine on for DDing. I threw mine on my rack once or twice and I love the look but long term I want to build/buy a swing out carrier

I like the way a tire on the roof looks too, but with my bad back I'd have a heck of a time changing a tire or rotating them every 3-4000 miles if I had to lift the tire up and down. How is the wind noise on the highway with that up there?

I plan to do a 5 tire rotation with my new Duratracs. Having the spare on the tailgate would make that job much easier than either under or on top of the KK.

Moving back to TX this weekend. We missed hitting a spare tire in the middle of the road with the moving truck but wife hit it with the Liberty. It smashed the side pipe exhaust into the frame and had to bend it out with a crowbar and it melted the plastic along the bottom.

Geeze bad luck man. Hope everyone's okay.
My track record spans from a 12ft ladder, shovel, tire tread flying in the air,and a 2x4 so far my KK's been lucky lol.

However...my ZJ had a run in with a toilet flying off a trailer and had porcelain in all 4 tires.... BFG all terrains.... would have been $800 but I lucked out with road hazard and paid 15 for 4 brand new! :BANANA:

Slap a bandaid sticker on it and call it fixed! :ROTFL:

It's been a while, but I loaded her up and moved back down to school. Managed to get my MPG to 19.5 for the trip from NJ to VA...somehow I didn't lose milage with the lift

Also picked up a new mod when on vacation :lol:

She's already broken though, darn you bumpy roads

And hit a fun number (saw the big boy version on here the other day)

Installed my radiator skid yesterday. This weekend I plan on installing my gas tank skid and adding to my lift. I have two rear isolators & 3 conduit nuts (per side). I hope to raise up my OME lift just a little bit further.

Welcome to LOST, Bstephens. That's a good looking KK you have there! The Rola roof rack is great. I have one as well, and I used it to haul gear for 8 weeks of camping this summer.
