I went through Sam's Noob and replaced and cleaned all the parts that where suggested. New fuel, air, oil filter. Cleaned map sensor.Removed turbo intake hose and check for a leak. Disabled EGR,FCV, mass air flow sensor per my research on this site, that they were not needed. I gave the engine a visual and not much pop out at me. other than a coating of oil underneath the drivers side it was concentrated in one area and it seemed to be coming from the EGR valve. I have regained some power much better than it was but still not 100%. There is no throttle response once it shifts into third it takes it awhile for it to get up to speed and I live in FLA so not many hills but when I come to an overpass it will lose speed about 5 mph and then it will slowly get back up tp speed if you try to push the throttle noting will happen, if you push all the way it will downshift and gain rpm but slowly. I hope some one could help me figure this out. I am pretty handy can do most things needed. papaindigo helped last time and gave me great advice thanks a bunch. :JEEPIN:

Some things to try as you clearly have a boost problem. I assume when you had the airbox to turbo hose off you check the turbo for play and there was little or none.
1. remove and inspect both CAC hoses for cracks, holes, soggy with oil. Replace with Samcos if needed.
2. check boost pressure solenoid - see viewtopic.php?f=5&t=70602&p=757348&hilit=boost+solenoid#p757348
3. check turbo actuator rod for proper movement - per GDE "You can check the vane functionality at idle in park. Underneath the vacuum actuator on the turbo is rod extending downward connected to the vane mechanism. If you pull off the vacuum line at the turbo, the arm should drop about 1/2 inch and then raise back up after reconnecting the vacuum line. It is a bit difficult to see the rod, but this is the easiest method to check for proper VGT vane moevment." There are several approaches to freeing the vanes up if need be.
4. you probably should use some engine degreaser to remove that oil on the driver's side and see if you can determine its source. There are several spots (intake elbow, both ends of the pipe from the elbow to the EGR, etc) that could be leaking oil and if leaking oil I suspect they could be bleeding off turbo boost resulting in at least part of your power issue.
