Found a snake in the driveway today
If he wouldn't of scared the bejezies out of me he might still be around
Laying under mine reinstalling the Matrix front radiator skid, I reached back over my head for a wrench and grabbed him/her instead ! Found out later it was a EASTERN HOG-NOSED SNAKE.
Neighbor across the stream has him now............I hope

I had similar incident the other night, walked into garge, wife following me. She stops all of a sudden and yells, "there's a snake" ....I had almost stepped on it. It was next to an old couch in the garage we are getting rid of, a young King snake. Took it over to the woods.

Image

Then this morning I opened gate to chicken pen and there is an opossum getting free meal on chicken feed, kind of scared me at first. Hope he got out of there before the rooster woke up.

Started the process we've been dreaded for a while now....cleaning out mom's garage/barn, house now that dad is gone. Spent a week ago in the barn, spent all day Saturday in the garage, haven't even touched inside yet, that will be when it's cold.
My wife and I will be buying house then total gutting of the main bathroom, then expanding mud room to get washer/dryer out of basement and build a bedroom in the garage for my son.... I'm losing half my garage
I'm not ready for all this, but wil have to be done.

OK. Either way. I just can't bring it with me to work and drop it off. My F350 still has the engine out. And it'll be a couple more weeks. :(

Oh and what I made by HAND/HAMMER this weekend! Some old concrete, a big ars hammer and hoping no toes got broken in the ordeal.
I feel so blacksmithyyyyyy :jester:
1" SOLID steel rod made to order :pepper:

and what I used while standing on the piece as I shaped it

Sorry I forgot to take a pic of the round steel plate I started to use for the initial shaping of it, then it was all free hand after that.

Hey ya'll!!

Just getting reconnected to the grid after a weekend in Tennessee with other LOST members at the ECS event down in Tennessee. Had great fun wheeling and meeting new friends - no damage to the KJ other than a VERY noisy JBA upper control arm. Can't figure out why the bushing(s) are popping and clunking so much. Oh well, rides fine just a bit noisy going down the road. Pics from my "adventure" are below.

Now gonna spend some time reading through your recent posts to catch up on this crazy Ohio gang. :SOMBRERO:

Mudds Detailing is OPEN today for all of your interior/exterior cleaning/waxing etc
Grand Cherokee ( from up the road  ) has the interior 1/2 of the way done, outside washed and clay barred and oh interior vacuumed / mats cleaned. May have to have the owners husband come get it after work

New black top being laid on the road out here, putting down about 4 inches of nice smooth / tire burning pleasure for these guys with the high horse power cars. It will really be a drag strip now.
Man I miss those days, I need a mid life crisis car :banghead:

Well I see all these young folks walking around with these funky looking nose and nipple rings. So I figured I would show them!
It is a lil difficult getting the zipper up, so I had to go back to button fly :ROTFL:
