Like Jeff said,

I am a regular customer of them, I send them a lot of customers, and I also do most of the service work on their snowplows. I've got a great relationship with most business' that I do work with...just because of the plow business (something breaks, I get it done right away, on site, and at low cost), and run it as a "you scratch my back I scratch yours" type of deal.

It also helps that I'm pretty anal when it comes to doing any work. Hopefully Jeff will be able to attest to that on completion of this CRD.
