I've been having random misfires (although I cant feel it) They said it could be due to the engine wash after the service (but who washes an engine with water to start with?)

Right now, after spraying the coil pack connectors with wd40, im only getting a P0301 and p0304 error, instead of 0301 through to 0306, which indicates random misfires on all cylinders.

This car was 100 percent fine until they did the service and the piggyback uni chip (which he said is not the cause for this)

I can drive it around fine if I have a light foot and it will give me no problem at all, but as soon as the RPM's pick up for a longer period of time (faster driving or lugging it around in 3rd when towing) the engine light will start to flicker, eventually come on and stay on. Until then, there is still no noticeable difference in the driving characteristics. If I keep my driving patterns the same, it will eventually have have the engine light flicker constantly and only then the car will lose about 90 percent power and not go anywhere, anywhere fast.

There is also no way to properly test the car for the error code. If I reset the code, it will take about 60miles of actual driving before the codes comes back on. You cant just floor it up and down the road and have it trigger it. Tried it and it just does not work.

Im not regretting the decat and unichip, its really transformed the vehicle and it gained 10 percent in power with much better economy, but this is so annoying.

Any other suggestions here?
