Just recently my Heater fan (2006) only works on the highest speed? Can anyone point me to the problem? Thanks.

Sounds like the resistor has gone bad.

The resistor is bad. It is behind the glove box. U-tube how to replace it. They cost about $20.

See my post and the chat at viewtopic.php?f=5&t=75784&p=798447&hilit=yesterday+sebring#p798447

The Sebring unit is heavy duty and likely much cheap than dealer.
