In a couple of weeks, I'm having the torque converter replaced with the Euro version.
I'm wondering if the front pump should be replaced at the same time?
My Jeep has almost 120,000 miles on it now. At 46,000 miles, the original front pump was replaced with a PN 68009879AB. That was 74,000 miles ago. I think that the latest revision of the pump is an AE. Does anyone know what's been improved, and would it be wise to replace the pump for an additional 600 bucks or so?
Anything else in the tranny that should be given some attention while we're in there?
Thanks for any ideas
Doug
