So if I were to mount my donut, would the tire pressure light come on?

If your tire was flat and you put donut on and flat tire were spare goes- yep. Until flat is fixed.
But if your tire isn't flat - nope. I don't know what/how the EVIC system does.

Interesting. It'll be good peace of mind when I have 5 full size rims and new tires.
Gonna call the shop tomorrow to see if they got the tires yet. I'm thinking I'm going to get an alignment, too since I had one when I had the lift installed, but not one since.

I ran with a full size spare that didn't have a sensor in it with no alarm until I rotated the tires. Then I got an alarm because the tire without a sensor was mounted in a wheel well and the spare had the sensor.

Last year when my winter only, were installed I didn't take the summers out for a few days. I had no icon- ding, until after removing them and then driving about 14-miles. I make a game of how far I'll get before it comes on. Like I said it resets each night. So simple fun for simple person.

I just noticed that some of the quotes are messed up.

Today I drove to Cadillac. Stopped at post office in Tustin. Then on to Cadillac about 17-18 miles. Made a few stops in town. Then back to Tustin stopped at hardware then down to corner for gas. Then went down to visit neighbors/friends then home. NO TPMS Light or Ding!
