Anyone get some snow yet?
So far the rumors are 6-10 inches for my area from Sunday to Monday. Looks like I'll be helping my lady with a ride to work those days.

Last night I filled air in my tires, but then realized my tire gauge was broken. :banghead:
Bought a new one this morning. Not 100 percent sure how much air was in there to begin with, but I'm now driving with them at 52 psi for now.

You've got a stiffy

Load E range so the max is at 80 if I remember correctly.
I ran the Wrangler ST tires at 36. Anymore and it got harsh.
Trying to find that medium for these tires. I want max mpg for these heavier tires, but obviously still be able to grip the road and be able to stop.

80 PSI is for a load of 10,000 lbs or better not for a KK

Yes, I understand that. I'll do some trial and error.
Would 30ish pounds look flat on E range tires? Or does that have nothing to do with it...

Another reason I didn't put E's on my KK.
I wonder if you had a tire failure could maker claim under inflation.

Last nights low's were forecasted to be -10 to -15. I decided not to reload my wood boiler at 11pm. I had stuffed it at 6pm. This morning at 7 am the water temp is 40* low. There were some hot coals. Reload it and then I checked our area temp -22*. Not sure what it got down to.

I'm not sure how cold it was last night but I woke up to -2 at my house. Went to bed around 10pm with the inside temp around 68-69 with a fire going in the furnace. Woke up at 6am and the house was 57. I'm so sick of being cold.

Good thing about the boiler is water temp still can keep the house at 69. Until it drops that low. Just not ideal to have water temps low.
Never have I had to load it 4 times before this winter. And of course the first winter I had no wood. Bought a load couple weeks ago(gone) 55$ this past Friday it was 75$. This last load had better last the whole month of March.( wishful demand:)).

This is what we woke up to. Started out as rain then turned to sleet, then during the night it turned to snow and is still snowing.

I think our furnace is at its very limit to keep a house the size of this one warm. A bigger furnace would be able to keep up easier.

Why is it that when a huge snowfall is coming the bread shelves are bare ?
Is that all people want to eat when it snows or what? Always find it funny for some reason. You never see the area that has healthy food sold out, there is never a produce section sold out of lettuce or salad fixin's

Working in a Grocery store (in the grocery department), we have the best jokes for when the customers freak out at the slight chance of precipitation.
You would think the condom section would be sold out the way they buy the bread.
