Other's may know better than me but I'll get the ball rolling. 1. pop over to Sir Sam's NOOB guide and folllow the link to the 06 FSM which has the codes and associated diagnostics that the 05 FSM lacks, might or might not help. 2. according to my notes P0090-FUEL QUANTITY SOLENOID OPEN CIRCUIT 3. I know from past discussion that the #4 injector plug and a nearby sensor plug are identical (I'm not sure which sensor/solenoid as there are 2 in the same general area - fuel rail pressure sensor (assuming it's the sensor on the side of the fuel rail) 515963AA or Bosch 0281002534 and fuel rail or fuel pressure solenoid/valve (assuming it's the one on the end of the fuel rail) 5159964AA or Bosch 0281002705) but IIRC if the plugs are reversed the engine won't fire.
Assuming the above is correct my initial thought would be a not properly seated plug as opposed to a reversed plug. Remove plug(s) check for dirty terminals, apply some dielectric grease just because, replug and see what happens. Also since the fuel rail was open it takes a bit of running to fully purge air from the rail.
