every time I thought my mechanic was lubing them he wasn't. I watched him do it but guess what, his gun was not putting grease in the ball joint. Come to find out there was so much corrosion in the passages, no grease was getting distributed to the ball joint. These joints are less than 6 months old. I hope JBA will help me out with new ones. Both of mine are shot. This broke when trying to remove the nut to install my top plates and clevis spacers. upon further inspection the ball joints were bone dry. My mechanic would grease them every oil change but the grease didn't make its way to the joint. I replaced with a moog unit (shop only had one, I will replace the other this week) I will no inspect and grease the moog units once a month and use WD40 to displace water and dirt to help keep away corrosion.
