Hi,

For instance, when I use the open button on the key fob for a while on my 2011 Liberty 2.8 CRD driver and passenger windows open down, however I am not able to close them by using keyfob which is weird.

Do you know any other interesting features like that?

The only hidden feature I've found with mine is that it gets a funky dead rat smell inside it when the humidity gets above 30%

found that if i start the car every day twice a day every four months need to drop the car on the dealer for a week for a mayor repair.... the worst quality car i ever owned.

have replaced: steering rack x2 (second being changed right now), TIMP, upper control arms (non lifted), uca bushings at 40k miles ac compressor, drivers door power lock, mayor warranty on brake components, purge valve went bad and drained out the battery and had to be replaced (batt was 6 months old) car had to be towed 20miles out the woods ($$$), abs sensors at 20k miles, transmission pan seal, front output drive shaft replaced at 49k miles, drive shaft grease seal. right now i have 52k miles........

good i have an extended warranty..... but will expire next year.

It's not really a hidden feature but our traction control is excellent with limited slip differentials. It's like it was designed to be run with them.

What do you mean about the key fob is it if you hold the unlock button

no idea on the racks. the first tie I figured because I lifted the jeep but the second just happened and do t know why. it exploded literally one of the fittings your blew.

it is at the dealer now.

the uca bushings were found by the dealer at inspection. I didn't notice or thought they were bad at all.

It's in the manual actually. Only certain KKs have it. I don't remember what option it was though.

A few guys in Aus are blowing rack mounts too. Ive heard it could be from the force of the BLD when wheeling, pretty much going to happen if you run disconnected? The KK is not the only 4wd out there that benefits from reinforcing the mount e.g hummers

I personally like the setting that makes your seat slide back when the keys come out to get you in and out easier. I also like the mirror folding button and the hard back on the passenger seat so when folded down i can put dirty stuff on it like a rolled up snatch strap through the window

Between the right and left mirror selector for adjusting side mirrors, if you press it the mirrors fold in and out- ive used it many times on tight tracks! It only works when traveling under about 10 kph

you can hold the traction control button in 4hifor 5 seconds to disable the traction and stability control like you do in 4lo
you can disable the hill start function, by doing this onu you release the brake your car goes back (key in on, trans in n and turn the steering wheel one turn let and then one turn right if i am not mistaken)
you can recalibrate the throtle by putting the key in on, depress the gas pedal two times and then turn off

I like that if you don't put the key all the way in, it won't chime. My girlfriend's car will chime as soon as the key comes close to the ignition.

BTW, my KK turns on the front signal lamps and running lamps
every time I brake...Everything else are working as it should.
It only does it when I have the light switch OFF or on AUTO.
