KJ Gauge Panels:

This durable and attractive gauge panel installs in place of any of the dashboard air vents in any KJ using existing vent pod mounting points. The panel features built-in vents which let heat and air conditioning flow around the gauge. It is a nice alternative to the typical pillar-pod style gauge mount which requires you to remove the driver's side grab-bar (useful for getting in and out of lifted vehicles).

- Fits Any 2 1/16" Gauge
- Retains HVAC Functionality
- Retains Factory Grab-Handle
- Easy Installation, Access to Wiring
- Black Powdercoat Finish
- Paintable to Match Interior
- Factory Appearance
- No Dash Modification Needed

How to Pre-Order:

This is going to work similarly to what I did with the Intake Elbows. I need to pre-sell 5 gauge panels to begin production. Once 5 units have sold, production will begin. You will be notified by e-mail when production begins and again when your order ships, with a USPS Priority Mail tracking number.

Pricing:
Single: $50
Pair: $90 (Save $10)
Three: $130 (Save $20)

Order Tracking:

Batch 1: (shipped)
  1. thermorex
  2. thermorex
  3. mass-hole
  4. mass-hole
  5. (anonymous)

Batch 2: (taking orders)
  1. Schachel
  2. Schachel
  3. Schachel

Would you guys be interested in this product?

I'll have a working prototype sometime this weekend, so I can post actual photos then. It's a two-piece design consisting of a mounting bracket and a facing. If there is enough interest I will start things off with a group buy and see where it goes.

I would probably be interested but I would prefer if I can get a tan color to match my interior. Not sure if anyone knows of a paint color that matched that I could use instead.

Seth, I'd get one, but not more, I'd ran out of vents, lol. It is ideal for mounting a 3 in one gauge in it. I wonder how hard is to design a 3-5 gauge pod to install nicely on the dashboard... Can you work with plastic? I think making it from aluminum would be even better, but I'd guess would be more expensive for "general public" to buy...

I think a three gauge pod for the "A" pillar would be a big seller as no one has one available for our Jeep Liberty's.... I would love to have one!!!!
gaugepods.com only offers a two gauge pod.

Pretty neat. I came across the one Rousch makes for mustangs a while back and thought it was a great idea. I can't stand a-pillar mounts, so that seemed like the best option for these beasts. I actually want a boost/EGT unit, and the only one I really like is the ISSPRO 609 which at 3" just should fit.

Your option is nice in that it keeps AC functioning, a 3" will block the whole vent. However, I have been driving for about a year with the driver side center vent totally blocked off and don't miss it. However, if you did it, I would consider separate 2" gauges, one on each side of the dash cluster.

Both set ups look really good. I like the 3 gauge pod only because that is what my dodge cummins has. I would be interested in either.......

I'll get a pre-order started today. Will need to pre-sell 20 units to get this going.

Seth, btw, too have a glowshift gauge on the left hand mount? Just curious, I ordered one few days ago and I'm trying to picture how it looks in your pod.

Sure, it was meant as a compliment, the world is crazy for iphones, lol.

Just placed an order for 2 units. Even though I said I only need one... but more gauges is better.

Seth, I'm thinking it may be a good idea to link this post in general forum, this product is not restricted only to crd.
