I have an 02 sport 2wd and a tiny budget. I also have a lot of time and some resources. I hope to do most of the work in my driveway... any advice would be great. I'm about ready to start buying parts. I have pictures of it but they're on my phone and I'm lazy. basically has no front suspension and minor hinge pillar damage. I will probably use as many junkyard parts as possible.

Tiny budget ........I wouldn't even try it if you have a limited amount of money ,would need lots of resources to start, IMO.
Of course a tiny budget to me is under 1000. Yours maybe $24,987.00

Read a lot! I think it could be done for around 5-7 thousand dollars if you have the resources and reading this forum for a few years. [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH AND TIGHTLY-CLOSED EYES] what I'm hoping for at least. Unless I go the mt ifs that I'm dreaming of.

My budget is what ever I have in my bank account lol. I just bought axles to get the build going I have a d44hp and a Ford 9" from a 78 ranger. Advice would be great. I'm now looking for coil overs. I'm thinking 2.0 x 14" fox emulsion but I saw how cheap FOA are and I'm intrigued. Any ideas?

I don't want to spend a grand on a prefab 4link kit. But it gives me a general idea. Questions:
1- Does anyone have 3x8 and/or 3x6 tabular steel laying around?
2- Anyone have a cheaper way to get DOM other that paying outrageous shipping?
3- should I use rod ends, ballistic's bushings, or regular bushings for the link ends?

Hey, Kav's a cool dude in my book. I like where he is going and he's thinking outside of the box here. That's a good thing........ It's that group he mentioned :banghead:. :dizzy:

I only hope, for the love of god, that he's not actually taking ANY build/mechanic help from anyone over there on his project. A few good guys there might steer him in the right direction but 99% of them have no clue what they are doing and are the ones that usually get listened too.
