Actually the replacement bolts were 2 piece, the same as the originals. It's just that the 2 pieces had been pressed together already

JBA 4.5 UCAs are not shorter are you sure they know how to align a Jeep KJ? Lots of shops don't so just asking

Sure seems like it isn't to hard. The lower cam bolts are adjusted all the way in and pulled to the inside cam rest to gain an extra 1/8" on the bottom.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

They have sold over 100 pair and nobody else has had a problem.

The cams were set about center with the original A arms with no tire wear. Now the can are in as far as they will go and still out 2 degrees.

They alignment should have been close with just changing the A arms.

There doesn't seem to be much possible to mess up changing the uppers. If the 3 points are the same and the dimensions are the same. It should be about idiot proof.

I am wide open to suggestions.
You haven't answered a few important ?'s.

Lifted? Negative or positive camber? Correct JBA UCA's? There are 2 versions of the JBA UCA's,one for lifted and one for stock.

All stock. Not lifted.

I have the correct A arms. - At least the order sheet and the box say I have the correct A arms. It's always possible the wrong arms in the right box. but getting 2 the same would be odd.

I got the replacement set yesterday and hopefully I will get a chance to check measurements on the 2 sets today. If it appears they measure identically I am going to hold off until I find a set of OEM Uppers to compare measurements with.

Negative camber.

The tops of the wheels are leaning in towards the vehicle. After the arm switch, the tops of the tires were in about 3/4" compared to the bottoms using a 2' framing square on a fairly level floor. It was the same on both sides.

So actually Leeann was correct due to the two pieces being pressed together its not considered one piece and sold as such

Since its not lifted then they should be correct, if you had the 4.5s the tops of the tires would be out more, not less as in your case
Little bits of information like this helps a lot

had the Jeep lined up again. - 4th time all different places I really did not see why the last place didn't get it right

It is actually within specs Now.

I noticed the other day that the last guy did not pull the front bottom cam all the way in - almost but not quite.

A friend and I pulled the bottom cams all the way in again - that is the way I brought it to the last guy that was supposed to align the 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD.

aPPARENTLY WHEN hE LOOSENED the cam to adjust he messed something up worse somewhere along the line.

As now - the bottom cams are maxed out all the way in and the Jeep is within tolerances.

Both sides are the same.

I could not get them to tell me how much longer the upper A arms would have to be to match the lower adjustment cams being set mid range like they were originally.

I still do not like the lower cams being maxed out of adjustment

Well at least they told me they got it right. We are guessing we have about 2000 miles or less since the last post and the tires are wearing on the inside.

Decided to try and take Jeepin by Al's offer of a custom set if the offer is still available.

Heck I'm ready to go for a road trip if they can figure it out.
