For what it's worth 1. radiator - lower Gates 23071 and upper 22022 2.tstat to viscous heater - tight turns so may be limited to OEM but it's possible you could take the hose to say NAPA and match something or a segment of something. 3. viscous heater to cabin heater and return, lines across to EGR, from block to EGR, from tstat to coolant tank, etc - nothing special just regular heater hose of appropriate diameter. 4. hoses to/from water pump and oil cooler (just in front of turbo) might be curved enough to have to do the same as in #2 above. 5. 2 EGR cooler hoses can be replaced with appropriate heater hose. NOTE as far as I know these are the only coolant hoses that have shown a tendency to fail
Clamps - cannot be of much help other than to say for every hose you replace toss the OEM spring clamps, as they lose tension over time, in favor of stainless steel worm or "T" clamps.
Diesel coolant hoses especially of modern materials are much less likely to fail than gas engine hose back in the "older" days.
