Hi all, Just preformed a injector bleed off test 3 injectors measured the same but 1 filled the bottle a bit quicker than the rest would this mean a bad injector? Also would this give me a poor MPG. Motor seems to run good no smoke. is there a repair or replacement. New ones so expensive. cheers

Need more specifics like how big a bottle and how much is a "bit" quicker. See pgs 14-35 and 36 of the 06 FSM for some guidance. Yes if one is bad I'd assume it would impact mpg. They can be rebuilt by a Bosch shop

I ran the motor for about 2 minutes. 3 bottles filled about 2 oz and the forth about 4 oz. more or less twice as much so I guess its shot. I read some were that you can clean them with coke/pepsi? That sounds a bit weird is there any truth in it? Do you know if I can down load a FSM for the motor? cheers

See http://colorado4wheel.com/manuals/Jeep/KJ/ for FSMs. Get 05 and 06 (05 lacks diagnostics and diesel cooling system info but has illustration keys while 06 is the reverse). Never heard of coke or pepsi treatment but I do believe, best post the question, you can pull the fuel filter and fill it with like Power Service, putting the rest in the tank, and run a clean that way. Might help certainly won't hurt.
