I ve got an error code of P0871 Mod$41
Transmission Fluid Pressure sensor, switch C circuit.

I can t seem to find the sensor on the vehicle and in the various manuals
Any input

Line pressure sensor can be found on the passenger-side case rear in front the tailhousing flange, above the pan rail

However, since specifically mentions C-switch, more than likely inside the pan in the valve-body - connector pins
4,5,8,9,13, then 16,18,11,15,14,

Try unplugging the connector on the driver-side, then re-inserting it - this will burnish the contacts, may restore connection

Is this a stand alone wire, not part of the harness Across the engine top. I had thought that maybe it was a plug I missed when putting the system back together.
Where would it connect on the drivers side, roughly. Also, I m at home, not with the jeep, I thought that where u are speaking of would be fwd of the xmission.

He's talking about the connector on the solenoid pack. You can reach it between the driveshaft and transmission, between the two speed sensors. It can be a bit of a witch to get the latch released. Some light downward pressure on the connector itself will help to release it.

P0871 is O/D pressure switch - pin 16
