I've been looking at TVs all weekend but just can't pull the trigger on something I don't need. But a 55" Samsung has been catching my eye.

Well I got one of those TVs. It barely fit in KY JKU without having to put the front passenger seat down. I get home and excitedly set it up. I moved the old TV to my upstairs bedroom. Only to come down to hear my wife say.. "You're going to be mad"

I look at the TV I just bought and there is a friggen line of dead pixels down the middle of the screen. Back to wally world for a return.

Oh no, that's the worst. Hopefully it won't be a mob scene there and you can get in and get out. I hate going to the Walmart near me. On 3 consecutive occasions I was mistaken as an employee. Apparently wearing khakis and a blue button down shirt makes me stand out among the crowd.

Happens to me all the time... I usually wear polos and khakis to work, and I occasionally stop at target or walmart to pickup something we need on the way home. I always seem to end up at target on days that I wear a red polo, and alwyas end up at walmart on days that I wear a blue polo. I'm at the point where I'm thinking of keeping a change of clothes in the car, just so people don't ask me questions like I work there.

You guys are cracking me up.
I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaack! All moved in the new place and got the internet hooked up 10 mins ago.
About to get some gas and head off to one of my favorite nearby parks for a nice walk/hike. I'll have lots of reading and posts to return to when I get back. :D

Talked to a few TAs today for my economics class and found out I picked the wrong teacher for the class. Apparently my professor over complicates everything, wrote a textbook that's more like a workbook, and just knowingly makes the class more difficult. That might explain why my average is a 60 :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Oh well, I honestly don't care what grade I get as long as I get credit for the class. And if I fail, I know to take the other professor next time...

Is anybody else watching Alaska Off-road Warriors on History? Pretty cool show so far.

I've been meaning to, but I'm never home when it's on. I've heard mixed reviews about it. Some say it's good, others say its dumb.

We have Apple TV so we catch it on that when it's released each week. So far my girlfriend really enjoys watching it which is a plus.

So the girlfriend and I were able to book a vacation for about half of what I was budgeting. The difference leaves about enough money for the OME lift, minus the a-arms. By the time I get my bonus check and tax return in February I may be placing an order. I'll know for sure if I can order it once those checks come in.

A-arms won't really be needed until you add to the OME lift. Are you planning on that at all?

Knowing how quickly I get bored with vehicles, maybe not right way. That way down the road if I feel like changing things up I can add to it as well as the arms. I was just thinking it'd be nice to get them in while we have everything apart. That and to help with getting the alignment into spec.

Save yourself some aggravation and get the top plates to install when you do your springs. You'll sit at 3" after install and it'll be just about the limit of the stock a-arms. Atleast when you do eventually get the a-arms and clevis lift to go higher you won't have to drop the whole spring assembly. Then for the rear buy 2 isolators, 1 per side to level it out.

Yeah I already have the top plates, isos and conduit nuts. So you're saying throwing the top plates on with the OME and leave the rear alone? And then down the road add the a-arms, throw on the conduit nuts and then the isos?

If you throw the top plates on during the initial install then throw 1 isolator per side on in the rear. When you add the clevis and a-arms in the future throw the 2nd isolator on the rear. But if you chose to just add the springs for now, leave the rear alone.

Thank you for finding them though. I'm debating on the second ones that come with the Duratracs, I'll have to see if he can get some close ups of the wheels.
