At least one company on-board here makes vinyl stickers'n'such - p'r'aps they could be persuaded to make an overlay for the in-dash temp gage with actual degree numbers rather than hash-marks - some companys make complete sets of replacement gage faces in black, white, green, blue, etc

Might be worth looking into, eh...................

I still can not make myself trust a gauge that is fed by the computer. Our computer has led us astray before.

I have a ScanGauge II plugged into my OBDII port to monitor my water temperature because my gasser Liberty has had a history of transmission overheating.
Unfortunately it doesn't provide me with the transmission temperature. I'm thinking of putting a separate gauge in just for it.
