I like that kick out...it looks a lot better on the Jeep than off haha. I can see your rails selling really hot haha...especially with tax returns coming up soon...

Made some firewood racks for my neighbor per his design.. Pretty good little space savers at only 16" wide and 52" tall.

Also came back from the cnc cutter shop yesterday with a sheet and half's worth of 1/4" parts. Among those is another new KK product I've been working on, they're going to be stand alone crossbars that mount to the existing roof studs. Perfect for someone who just wants a simple and very beefy load bar system for kayaks, lumber, etc. This is how it goes together, the saddles hold 1.5" tubing (the ends will be capped and sanded smooth) Image

Morgan, We bought a townhome with a 2 car garage! In a month or so I'll be setting up!!!! I'm jonesing like crazy!!!! That firewood rack is ingenious! As a suggestion the next one might have rounded corners for less owies. Bigger bottom tray to catch crumbs.

Cand
Congrats on the new pad! I'm sure you're itchin' to get set up in there... Post some pics of your shop when you're done.

It's hard to see in the pics, but I put about a 1/2" radius on all the corners.. It wasn't in the drawing my neighbor gave me but threw them on just because...

Picked up a 1.75" dimple die and been messing around with it..

Image

Working on redesigning the radiator skid for my front bumpers.. Found out that dimpling 3/16" is a bit of a bear with a 20T press but I can make it work.

Morgan, how big is your shop? Didn't you buy a home in suburbia?

My shoebox? :-)r
It's 12'x25' with 10'4" ceiling but I make it work! The rule is: no house crap and keep it organized.

yeah. I'm beat. A day of packing, 2 days of loading and unloading 1 and a 1/4 loads of a 26 foot Penske truck in sleet and snow. We got in and there's crap EVERYWHERE. It's a semi fixer upper. My brother in law got started with the water heater while I showed up with the 1/4 load. We got done about 10 at night. Since then it's been new door locks, shopping for appliances, New floor in the kitchen and laundry room, and of course, finding homes for all our crap.
The only casualty is the power cable for the tv. The moving gremlins must of took it and won't give it back until we buy a new one! WTF! I found all the Directv gear. Where could the powerwire have gone? Today is 12 to 15 inches of snow. It sure looks pretty but the garage is cooold!

Love the dimpled hole look, one of the reasons I wanted on the rear bumpers was due to strength, ......and looks of course
