Check your drive shafts. I had a rumble similar to that. I could hear it at low speeds and feel it on the highway. Turned out to be my front drive shaft CV was completely shot.
This is the output from the torque converter to the front diff

From transfer case , not torque converter

wife and I were out in our 2008 KK, 6 speed manual, and during some braking we got an odd growl (maybe rumble) on several applications of the brake - never heard anything like it before in my 40, years driving - no pedal pulsation (52,000 miles), nothing since then

Been a little over 3 weeks and the Jeep is still at the dealership, finally got them to give it to the transmission guy as it seems like the problem is there. Will keep this updated as they call me.

If it's still under warrantee you could pull lemon law after 4 weeks, so if they tell you to come pick it up or something tell them you will wait lol.

The Lib is back home and driving better than before. The transmission needed a rebuild and they specifically mentioned the TC. Everything was covered under warranty.

Now it's time to play in the snow
