Turned the headlights into angry eyes and tinted the blinkers yesterday evening!

A friend of mine said to use electrical tape and then plasti-dip over the tape. We did that last night, but I really don't like the look of it. I plan on taking it off here soon and redoing it in a better way. Any suggestions?

Tape off the part you want to stay clear and plastidip the angry eye directly to the light

Gave her a nice wash today. I love the wider stance I got with the spacers. Yea yea I know spacers arent the best but my tires are pretty new and I want to get 15 inch rims when I go that route so theyre waiting. Atleast I went with spydertrax. ImageImageImageImageImage

Looks good! 1.5" spacers? Just make sure you keep them tight and check the torque on the spacers every so often. I've seen someone mention using a paint pen on the nuts and studs to see if they back off any. Not sure how much you can trust it, but it's a good idea.

Anyone know stock backspacing off the top of their heads? I know the stockers are 16x7.

thats a good idea! I'm gonna have to do that. And yes they're 1.5" spacers all torqued and rechecked after 50 miles. Everything was still good to go!

Thanks for pictures of the hardware! Mine recently came...without hardware.

That Jeep looks good with the spacers. Mine are 1.25. Didn't know they made them 1.5.
Might take you a bit to get used to driving with the spacers installed.

make sure you peel the tape off when the last coat of plastidip is still wet! That stops it from messing up the edges

they're made for a TJ specifically but in the fine print they say they're good for a KK/KJ. And i kno, ive rubbed the curb twice parking already...

Now would be a good time to dip your rims. The dip covers those accidents well.

the tires are beefy enough to take the beating haha. I only barely touch, i forget they're wider and then i realize it right before they hit but its to late haha. I love the way it rides, feels like i have better grip on corners actually

Over the last few days I've finally lifted my CRD. Wasn't that difficult thanks to everybody's help on here (special mention to Tom Mudd). :D

Now I have to step 3.75" higher thanks to OME shocks & springs, 1/4" clevis spacer & 1/2" rear iso's. The extra 3/4" courtesy of Cooper Discoverer STT 245 70 17. (31.5" wheels)

After a few days of driving on the new set-up I'm happy with the ride; feels no firmer than before (I believe Jeep ship KK's to the UK with firmer suspension than in the US for some reason). Only downside is the extra noise from the STT's over my previous AT2's.

Nice KK!
Still can't imagine how unstoppable a CRD KK is. Is it manual or auto?
