Well, I discarded old nasty seats out of a 06, and put some 05 seats in, and then I read about needing to swap sensors I'm waiting to hear back from Keith if he can fix this, but wondering if anyone else knows? I hope this isn't a several hundred dollar problem

On the bright side, I plugged in one relay and now the power seat works

As far as I know all you need to do is swap in the original seat bottom sensors assuming you did not discard them. If I am reading the parts books correctly the 05 and 06 ones are the same PN. I don't know if they can be reprogrammed but if they can I suspect a dealer is going to want $100-200 for the 15 minutes of labor although any mechanic with a proper tool (DRB 3?) should be able to do it.
