TjKj2002, Im curious to know, when you Line-x or rhino lined your lower half and flares, what did you do to prep it. Did you take off the molding off the doors first and then had it sprayed or did you leave them on and had them sprayed while already on the KJ. and I heard when you spray the flares, since they are plastic, they have to be prepped in a special way so the spray will bite into the plastic and stay........

I really enjoyed meeting you to Nick,had alot of fun bs'ing about KJ's.Get those tires and you will be set and have some fun!!!To 0311_DoC,my KJ is a limited so the flares and bumbers came painted,I just scuffed the paint with 3M's brown scotchbright(80 grit) and wax/greased removed whole area and sprayed.Every thing was left on my kj when sprayed,masked off what I didn't want coated.Sprayed on the bedliner when it had 124 miles and did it in my garage,by the way I used mortan's spray-on bedliner,it just as strong but not as think and fairly shinny when dried.(if you have the rough finished gray flares and bumbers I would not recomend spraying them,it won't stick,tried many ways but always peels)I did put the L.O.S.T. sticker on(upper left on rear glass)but have not taken a pic yet,praying for rain so I can get some good mud pics to post.
