Went to the Chevron at 36 Ave W and Pinnacle Peak and they have ULSD. It was a very light amber color(almost clear) and very little odor. FYI, I was at Western States Petroleum getting B99 before I went to Chevron and the 7 gallons of bio I bought drained the tank. So if you were going to WSP for bio call first to make sure they have filled the tank.

$3.19 for ULSD and $2.99 for the bio(after the discounts).

Sorry for the long delay in responding, we just got back from vacation. WSP recognize the federal discount for the percentage of bio in the fuel. So for B99 you get a .99 cent discount per gallon. They also give you an .08 cent discount if you're driving a vehicle under a certain GVWR.

As a FYI...the Chevron is not serving ULSD as of yet. I was there when the tanker pulled up and asked the driver if this was ULSD. There was a sticker on the pump touting ULSD but there was another sticker saying "do not use if your vehicle is 2007 or newer" since this was LSD. The tanker driver advised that ULSD is not available as of yet...
