Something no one has asked or mentioned is, are your brakes getting hot?
Poor acceleration could be a dragging brake.
But get those plugs changed!

My breaks need some attention too. When I break its very uneven and sorta jerks when stopping. I'm guessing the rotors need some work? How could I tell if it's a dragging break?

After a drive feel the hubs on all 4 wheels. They should all be about the same temp. If one is hotter then the rest, the brakes are dragging.
Use Caution! They can get VERY hot if they are dragging!

The hub technically is what the wheel is bolted to. But you just need to feel the very center of the wheel.

Center of wheels feel ok, however breaking is squeeky and hella uneven and jerky.

Also, now there is something getting hot somewhere in the front end underneath the middle ;). There is also a rubbing noise at that sounds like a wub noise that I can hear in the cab going 40km and 80-90 km.

Ideas?

Also still feels like I'm pulling a ghost boat.

New spark plugs, new air filter, and a cleaned throttle body will make it run better.
If you have money to spend, Hypertech makes a tune that gives it more pep.
How has the Jeep done on gas?
Crappy gas mileage can relate to a serious issue.
If you're still getting decent mileage, there's probably nothing wrong with it and you might just not be used to driving a two ton brick.
Mine is "faster" than the average KK. A bigger throttle body, exhaust, cold air intake, and a tune is what I have done to the engine.

I've never really calculated the mpg.... It seems like its less than ok on gas tho.

The rubbing/wubbing noise concerns me tho. I can feel vibrations at the speeds where I can hear the noise as well.

Calculating the mpg would give you an idea if the Jeep is running healthy.
What speeds do you hear the noise and can you duplicate it on command?
It's a known "problem" to hear a noise like that at speeds like 30-40 in overdrive while slightly on the gas.
If that's your problem area, there's a TSB (technical service bulletin) that fixes the problem by raising the speed the Jeep goes into full lock which eliminates the noise.

If something is getting hot, then something is not right. If the rig is jerky and uneven while breaking, then something is not right.

That's what I'm worried about. It's hot enuf to warm up my entire garage.

The engine temp is a notch below half tho and never moves.

Just took a look under the hood. It'd been about and hour after driving and its pretty hot still. Looking at the coolant bottle.... Seems low or none existent...

Suggestions? The temp on the dash is just a tick below half when driving.

Sounds like your water pump is bad and leaking coolant. Hopefully you caught it in time to avoid any other damage.

Would it be a good idea to add some coolant and see if it leaks?

After a drive feel your wheels and see if one or more are noticeably more hot then the others. May have a dragging brake caliper.

When the rig has been sitting (engine cold) add antifreeze to the full mark (use only HOAT antifreeze in the KK). Drive it till at operating temp. Park it and let the system suck in the antifreeze as it cools down. Check for leaks...
When the engine is cold again, add more antifreeze (to full mark) and repeat.

WUB sound. Check the front CV boots as well as the front drive line CV boot. The boots are rubber and you will find them just behind each front wheel and by the transfer case. Look for cracks/splits and grease leaking out.
Push/pull on the top of each front tire to check for play and/or a clunking sound.
Jack up the front and spin each front wheel by hand and listen for noise. If there is any, please do your best to describe it.

Sorry but we can't do the work for you. You will have to get in, under, and around the rig to check things out. Then describe what you find/found the best you can, and then we can go from there.

To follow Scar0's comment, the only nonmopar antifreeze i know of is zerex g05. If there are no obvious signs of a leak or coolant in oil, it may be leaking from the water pump shaft, which will fling it all over the engine compartment. Looking at the picture, it looks like there might be some coolant residue on your air box.

A bad pump can also make a wubbing noise. Mine did whenever I had the AC on. If you don't have the towing package, it's a pretty easy fix, although it will be covered under power train warranty of you have one still.
