Ended up with a die hard gold. Just shy of 800 cca. They didn't have the platinum and I needed a battery asap lol

I'll update when I install it.

Interstate, like Optima, is now made by Johnson Controls. They're the ones that screwed Optima up.

2500mi tire rotation and oil/oil filter change. I really need a rear bumper with a tire carrier, this roof life is starting to wear me down. My oil filter change is ridiculously easy with a front axle too hahaha.

I reeeeaaalllyyyyy love ATH's stuff but I can't fork out that much money haha. I don't actually have an issue with the look and angles of the stock bumper and trailer hitch, I'm probably going to build off the MOPAR hitch.

I kinda like the look/idea of this. This may be an option for Morgan to pursue...

Thought about that, but retrofitting Detours knucklebone would be easier. Only issue is that the knucklebones I've seen are on straight receiver tubes. Ours are bent so a really stout adapter will be needed.

You could also try their alternative mount and put it to the side

That's what I was referring to. But MOPAR hitch is bent not a straight tube like the XJs Detours built it off of.

Rotated my tire and found something I didnt expect to see. The previous owner must have parked in a river.

I assume they should look the same.

Wow, that is some pretty terrible rust! Are you in a state that uses a lot of salt in the winter?

those axle nuts and threads should get attention asap :2cents: don't want to let the oxidation continue more then it has. that left side needs hours of love
