You'd also be crazy to not replace the water pump, timing tensioner and pulleys. Did you see the jeep it came out of? If you could see if there was any coolant in the overflow, or any oil in the coolant, coolant in the oil ect, that would be nice, as it could have a bad head gasket, and it's sooo easy to fix now. Once it's under the hood, it's a complete sensored word to fix.
I would tip the engine if nothing else and try to get some fluid out, and see if it has any oil in it. I just got one with oil in the coolant, and it has a NEW head on it. Don't waste your time with the factory head bolts...
