Driving lights mounted on the front bumper?

Ok, i may try that. I just went to napa to get some more rivits so if i end up taking it all apart i have some. I will see, hopefully i can get this done on friday afternoon.

I did it by just taking off the tow hooks and then i put them back
I had seen the pix with the placement that was posted earlier it
was fine for me 1 1/8 to 1 1/4 tho
