I found one.

http://nashville.craigslist.org/cto/5291412021.html

They're asking $1200, but they'll take less. (I have a feeling he would've taken $800 to get rid of it, I just didn't offer) I just don't have the time for it, and this close to Christmas I don't have the disposable income.

They have the intake off, the rockers are toast on the intake side and possibly a cam is compromised. Other than that it's a 2006 Limited CRD. Apparently it was donated to them.

The guy said the previous owner wasn't the cleanest, but it's the leather interior so if the carpet is dirty big deal, right?

He says all the parts are there, they threw nothing away.

I just wanted to let everyone know if anyone was interested and wanted to spend the time/money.

It's especially tempting to me just to part out, because I know I could sell the Turbo, Injectors, and the intercooler pretty quickly most likely and make back my money. Then I could steal the driver side door gasket and possibly the driver seat if it isn't mashed down by the door like mine and so many others I've seen.

Anyways, I hope someone buys it and puts her back on the road!

Looks like they have a few vehicles around there. It's tempting. I need to sell my second before I would take it on or the wife might change the locks on me

I'd have been all over yours for 1200.... ;)
I don't have the time to stop right now, maybe when I get back from NY.
Most likely it would be bought to flip once fixed, so I need to work the numbers.
If he still has it in a week, then we'll see.

The first step is admitting you have a problem and that life is unmanageable.

P.s. It's all yours, I was gonna be on my way and pick it up tomorrow for Jim but family events came up

Mountainman... I was thinking to buy this one, but the stars didn't align. Best of luck with it, if you pick it up.

If anybody is parting out a jeep with leather interior, I need a complete wiring harness for heated leather.

I had heated leather seats installed in our 2006 but they were never finished.

I would also like an overhead console with all the associated wiring and stuff

Thanks Geordi, if someone beats me to it, good on them, but I'll be stoked if I get it! I might just have to rob those leather seats for my daily driver :frankie:

I'm over leather seats, I'm thinking of putting seat heaters in my cloth seats and putting them back in. The one saving grace of the leather is that its easier to keep clean than the stock cloth.
