That's a badass skid dude...I know I have a belly pan system with recessed bolt holes in my mind I'm going to get started on in 6 months...it'll be heavy as balls though haha...estimated 300lbs for the whole system.

Tell him to check out http://www.relentlessfabrication.com for skids. The front skid is similar to the one I built and their quality is top notch.
Yeah the stock Tacoma skids are crap, well they're not skids more like splash guards.

Finally got my hands on some RotoPax cans and mounts for some mock ups... Something I've been wanting to offer for a while now.

Custom mount for a tire carrier swing arm. Those likely won't be the ones I'm using for the production version, instead they'll look like the one in the paper drawing.

Also finally in the home stretch in getting the new production KK racks worked out. 3/16" plate sides, extra tie down points, six 1.25" crossbars. Still figuring light and accessory mounts out. Terrible pics I know, it was freezing outside and I had been working outside all day.

Love the roof rack too!!! It's a sleek, low slung design, and I can see how it would ship well in 5 main parts (plus 4 mounts). I'm also thinking that it would not be difficult to make adapters to fit an aerodynamic fairing across the front, or alternatively, a 50 inch LED light bar across the front.

Im sure you can live on it, but after a few days you might need a chiropractor to do some adjustments

Like just the Rotopax mount? Yeah I don't see why not....if the person is able to weld it on.

Yes shipping these will be a lot less expensive than previous models. I was looking at how I could do a fairing for it possibly, but leaning toward not having that as an option. I test drove it yesterday and there was some wind noise but not bad at all. Light bar brackets are in the works, I'm trying to come up with an adjustable system that can fit multiple brands.
