Beats me haha, I drilled mine out and replaced them with 1/8" toggle bolts to bolt my 300lbs D ring anchors to. Now I can use ratchet straps!

What do you use ratchet straps for in bottom of cargo area? Also where did you get that sweet bumper?

Are they tamper resistant screws or are they rivets?

I carry 300lbs of tools in the trunk with me all the time...almost 400lbs if you include the winch...

I built the bumper with lots of help and advice from AtTheHelm!

The only way to remove them is to drill them out. I made some tapping plates that use toggle bolts for those holes and lay flush to the floor. They're tapped for 1/4 bolts so I can use eye bolts to tie down or even just bolt something down if I wanted to.
