Hey all,

The ignition pin recently failed in my 2006 CRD. I took it to a shop and had it replaced. The ignition pin is fixed, but Tire Pressure Monitor system and rear window wiper immediately stopped working after the repair was performed. The rear lift gate is also opening automatically.

I'm wondering if something is shorted out on the steering column as a result of the ignition pin repair. Has anyone had a similar experience that they can shed any light on?
