New water pump so what else needs to be done/checked?

2009 Liberty leaking coolant. Tech says time for new water pump. Not sure if a good heater core flush is part of that routine but I'm going to request that and a new thermostat during the service. Oh, and I'm going to request the WP be new, not rebuilt.
By the way, only one side of the cab is blowing warm air (hence the flush request). Passenger floor board is dry.
What else should I have done, looked at or serviced while in the garage in regard to the WP/heater issue?

Anytime I do a water pump I also do thermostat, flush, hoses , that way you should be good for a while

New serpentine belt. Have them check the tensioner pulleys.

Thanks for the responses. Going in this morning and will report back.
WP will be new, not rebuilt. Flush and new thermostat are happening too. Will ask about belt and tensioners.

Tensioners were good. Replaced serpentine belt while we had it apart.

Took a few flushes to get a good flow.

Good heat and no leaks. :JEEPIN:

Hello my fellow jeepers, Fairly new to forum and so far I have gotten so much Info from this site. ive had my 08 KK for a Jear Currently @ 96K Now and im having symptoms that indicate that I need new water pump and was wondering if we have a write up on how to remove the fan shroud//Reservoir tanks or if we even have to remove those at all??
