OK FOUND PIECE PLASTIC THAT GUYS CUT UP TO DO TIMING BELT AND REMOVE RADIATOR PLASTIC SHIELD. LOWER PART HAS TWO QUICK INSERTS AND CENTER PIECE GOES AROUND RADIATOR LOWER AREA. GOT IT BACK ON AND USED GORILLA TAPE. COULD THIS BE REASON AT HIGH SPEED ENGINE GAUGE GOES HIGHER. DRAFTING OF FAN BLADE NOT BEING ABLE TO PULL AIR. ALSO I PULLED SKID PLATE OFF SHOULD i LEAVE FACTORY FILTER PIECE OFF? TWO PIECE DESIGN. HOW DOES THIS MOTOR PULL THE AIR AND GET IT MOVING? LIKE NO PLACE FOR AIR TO GO WITH FACTORY SKID PLATE ON.

My jeep is running good and only heats up on 100 degree day on freeway hauling booty in Nevada. Is there another sensor for temp gauge like it uses out side temp? I might toss on new Temp senorr that attaches to thermo, maybe they are junk?

If you have an android phone you could use it with a bluetooth OBD adapter to monitor the coolant temps. I do know the temp gauge is a bit wonky. It basically wont move from just left of center between 190-205 degrees, but once you start getting to 210 or higher it moves rather quickly to the right. Its not linear and its just part of the programming, not an issue with any components.
