Is there a best code reader for our jeeps. I've used several and they don't seem to be able to read all the codes. Is there one that is recommended?

ELM327 OBD bluetooth adapter + TorquePro for Android
Reads all engine codes and a few transmission codes.
Also gives you live sensor data.
