im literally on the edge of buying it but on my 2010 i have a black grill in the bottom air inlet the i would have to modify i believe.....does anyone know of any members with this guard?

I have a Steelcraft on my 2012. You do have to modify the air inlet but it's some simple cutting with any knife you have laying around.

And they do rebrand them. I talked to a customer service rep about it because they supplied both and he said they're the same thing.

I love my grille guard, though. I had lights on it but I'm moving them to the roof so I can have 4 across :D super easy install and its a cool look. has some practicality (I tie canoes to the top bar when they're on my roof). Loss of tow hooks sucked but I don't go off road all that much

Old Post... I know...
1. Steelcraft stinks! Everything I bought from them rusted out for my KK. Side Rails Rusted from the inside out, bull bar rusted everywhere. Second set of side rails rusted from the inside out, all brackets for everything rusted. FYI Florida and I keep my car clean.

2. Those siren speakers are going to damage your cooling system and engine components. With the restriction in airflow you are affecting your AC Condenser, Transmission Cooler and Engine radiator. Overall your engine is going to run substantially hotter and the components under the hood are going to get damaged quicker. your blocking a lot of airflow across the radiator and the ac/transmission cooler.

I did the same thing, however with these speakers below. The heat was substantially more in the engine bay and I had a lot of heat related damage in the 6 months I had those mounted. I am thinking about removing the front bumper and putting them on the tow hook area and possibly relocating the power steering cooler.
